The Legacy Wellness Center is a community-centered healthcare and wellness hub located in Albany, Georgia’s historic Harlem District. As the first major development of the Harlem Renaissance Project, the Center represents a pivotal step in a three-phase vision to restore access, dignity, and opportunity through wellness. Here, high-quality care is delivered in a space that honors culture, history, and the people who call this community home.

A healthier Albany starts with access…real access. The Legacy Wellness Center brings medical, dental, behavioral health, research, and wellness services together under one roof. Our integrated model helps reduce barriers, close gaps in care, and connect patients with the services, resources, and support they need in one place, from professionals who understand the community because they are part of it.

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

Medical Care: Primary care, preventative care, chronic disease management, and urgent care

Dental Care: Comprehensive dental services, preventative cleanings, cosmetic and implant-supported dentistry, and dental assistant training

Counseling & Behavioral Health: Family counseling, parenting classes, substance use support, trauma and loss counseling, and domestic violence support

Research: Community-centered research initiatives focused on health equity, innovation, and expanding access to the future of care.

Wellness Programming: Screenings, health education, fitness workshops, and community resource events
